At Fox Umbrellas we make all our umbrellas to order and are proud to be a British Manufacturer with an illustrious heritage. We like to believe no-one can produce umbrellas like ourselves as most umbrellas today are made in the far east (even though they may be marketed as made in the UK) and we certainly believe we produce the finest umbrellas in the world (at our factory in Shirley, Croydon).
To show off our craft we have produced a special line - The TELB (Telescopic Bespoke) this umbrella has been setup to give you, the customer, the ultimate customisation options. You can select from a range of handles, covers, collars, tips etc. The TELB canopy is made from our Best Polyester Fabric which is a higher grade of fabric to the standard Telescopic Ranges we offer.
Be aware that we do not operate a refund policy as all our umbrellas are made to order. This level of customisation is extreme and only for persons who are confident in what they are ordering. No refunds will be issued on the TELB umbrella. Please allow an extra 7 working days for delivery on top of our standard delivery as the manufacturing time will be longer on this product.
Please study the parts of an umbrella to make sure you know which part you are customising. You can view the the handles of the standard lines in the Telescopic Umbrellas Section of this website. Some handles may look large on the 8 rib frame so please fully explore the handle options on the standard 8 rib and 10 rib telescopic models first.
Please Note: The Double Faced cloth is a solid colour base material with Black printed on one side. Shades of Black vary depending on the base colour fabric. All the Double Faced fabric will display a hint of the base colour e.g. Black/Wine will have a hint of Wine on the Black side. Black/Blue will have a hint of Blue on the Black side. Black/Red makes the Black side look slightly Brown. If ordering the Double Faced fabric please understand it will not be a "true" Black on the outer canopy like our Black 099 would be.
All umbrellas are made to order. Standard production time is 12 working days. Please allow an extra 5 working days if you have selected engraving.
Delivery times from date of dispatch is dependent on location. Typically UK orders are received within 2 working days. Overseas delivery times take on average 3 – 5 working days (depending on customs clearance and location).
ALL prices shown on our website are EX VAT, the correct amount of tax will be applied at the checkout based on your shipping location. If you are ordering from outside of the UK please expect your local customs office to charge Duty and Tax at the applicable rate for your country.
