In 1868, during the reign of Queen Victoria, Mr Thomas Fox opened a shop in the city of London, to sell Umbrellas.

Since that time all of our umbrellas have always been and will continue to be made to the very highest quality standards that our customers have come to expect and require from the famous Fox umbrella.

The original Fox Shop is still standing in London Wall, but is not owned by Fox Umbrellas Ltd. The shop being a grade II listed building means whoever currently occupies the shop is unable to change the exterior fascia of this landmark building.
